FAQs

The Open Edition range is printed using Fotospeed High White Smooth matt paper approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild. Prints are produced with a digital signature but are not hand signed or numbered. The print run for this range is not limited.

The Signature Line offers a number of Tom’s most recognisable photographs as special edition pieces, available in a limited print run of ten prints in two larger sizes. Signature Line pieces are printed on Fotospeed High White Smooth matt paper approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild. The pieces are both hand signed and numbered by Tom and come with a certificate of authenticity which includes the name of the piece and edition number.

On ordering a special edition piece you will receive the next available edition number in that series. When placing your order you are very welcome to request an edition number if a particular number has more relevance or meaning to you.
We do offer both the Signature Line and Open Edition prints mounted and/or framed. If you wish to discuss your bespoke framing options please do use the Contact Page.
When mounting and framing the larger prints we recommend having these dry mounted to avoid any rippling in the paper, especially if they are being exhibited in a room with high fluctuation in temperature. When we frame the pieces ourselves, we also use TruVue glass which is both anti reflective and UV protective completing the framed print with the upmost quality.
Generally from the point of order we ask that you allow 14 working days until the print is dispatched. You will be notified if there is any significant change to this. Please do be aware that around the festive seasons our printers and framers become extremely busy and orders may take a little longer than usual.
Prints arrive securely flat packed via courier ready to be mounted and framed.
All prints are quoted including UK postage. If you would like to purchase a print and live outside of the UK, please contact us through the Contact Page for a separate quote.
The prints are made to order and so unfortunately we are unable to offer returns.
We take great care in flat packing our prints to ensure they arrive with you safely. However, in the unlikely event your print has arrived damaged in transit (and this can be proven before opening) we will replace the print as soon as possible. Please do notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any damages otherwise we cannot make a claim through the courier company. Please note that it is important with Signature Line pieces that despite being damaged, both print and certificate of authenticity are returned to us to be destroyed to prevent a run of ten becoming eleven.
