When spending an afternoon at one of Etosha’s waterholes you can not help but be overwhelmed at the variety of wildlife which come to drink in what is seemingly a dry and baron landscape. From the flocks of quelea through to our largest land mammal at any one time you can count over ten different species. On this particular evening though there was little room for anything else as over fifty elephants crowded the ever shrinking pool during the last light of the day. Amongst the towering legs of the many adults, we witnessed this little elephant weave his way into the open to quench his thirst.
